Who we are: Keep A Rounds (“we,” “us,” “our”) — a small, Miami Beach–based brand.

This Notice explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you:

• visit keeparounds.com or our microsites/landing pages (including NFC/QR pages),

• purchase products,

• sign up for emails or SMS,

• interact with our social media, ads, or customer support.

If a third‑party site/app is linked or embedded (e.g., Spotify/YouTube), their privacy terms govern their handling of your data.

Information you provide:

• Contact details (name, email, phone, shipping/billing addresses)

• Account and preference info (if you make an account)

• Communications (customer support messages, survey responses)

• Email/SMS consent records (time, method, source)

Automatic data (via cookies, SDKs, logs):

• Device & browser data, IP address, general geolocation (approximate), pages viewed, actions on our site

• Cookie/identifier data for strictly necessary purposes; with consent, analytics/marketing

From others (processors/partners):

• Payment processors (payment status; we do not store full card details)

• Fulfillment/shipping partners (status, tracking)

• Analytics/marketing providers (with consent)

• Media platforms (e.g., Spotify/YouTube) if you choose to play embedded content

We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information.

• Provide our site, products, fulfillment, and customer support

• Process orders and payments (via third‑party processors)

• Communicate transactional updates (order/shipping)

• Send marketing (email/SMS) with your consent

• Improve site performance, content, and security

• Prevent fraud and enforce our terms

• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax/audit)

Legal bases (EU/UK): contract, consent, legitimate interests (e.g., site security, minimal analytics), legal obligations.

When you tap an NFC tag or scan a QR code on a Keep A Rounds product, you open a branded short link that redirects to a micro‑page we host for that design.

• We do not store personal information from taps/scans.

• Our servers keep minimal, short‑term technical logs (e.g., IP address, user‑agent) solely for security and diagnostics and delete them on a set schedule [e.g., within 30 days].

• Some micro‑pages offer third‑party media players (e.g., Spotify/YouTube). We load them only after you click “Enable player & play”. Those services may set cookies or collect device data per their policies.

• You can enjoy our pages without creating an account.

• Strictly necessary cookies run to operate the site (security, cart, checkout).

• Analytics/marketing cookies (and third‑party embeds) run only with consent where required (EU/UK).

• Your controls: Use our cookie banner to accept/decline categories; adjust browser settings; use platform opt‑outs.

• Global Privacy Control (GPC): If you enable GPC in your browser, we treat it as an opt‑out of cross‑context behavioral advertising where applicable.

We do not sell personal information. If we enable cross‑context behavioral advertising in the future (e.g., ad pixels), we will:

• obtain consent where required,

• provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” choice (California), and

• honor GPC signals.

Basic analytics (e.g., privacy‑respecting or consented GA4) are used to understand aggregate use.

• Email marketing requires your opt‑in. Unsubscribe anytime via the link.

• SMS marketing requires your opt‑in; reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help; message/data rates may apply.

• Transactional messages (orders, shipping, service notices) are separate from marketing.

We keep personal information only as long as needed:

• Orders/tax records: typically 7 years

• Support/email/SMS consent logs: while active + a reasonable period to demonstrate compliance

• Technical logs: short‑term (e.g., 30 days)

When no longer needed, we delete or de‑identify information.

• Service providers/processors: e.g., hosting/CDN, payment processing, shipping, customer support, analytics (under contracts limiting their use)

• Business transfers, legal, and safety: if required by law or to protect rights/security

We do not allow processors to use your data for their own marketing.

We use providers that may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on approved safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

US (incl. CA/VA/CO/etc.): Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, opt out of targeted advertising or certain profiling, and to appeal denials. California residents also have the right to know categories/specific pieces collected, and to opt out of “sale”/“sharing.” Use our request form at /privacy-requests or email ariel@keeparounds.com.

EU/UK: You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing; you may withdraw consent at any time; you can lodge a complaint with your local authority.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is 100% secure.

If we update this Notice, we’ll change the “Effective date” and post the new version. Material changes will be highlighted.
