We’re a tiny, gift‑loving studio. These policies balance small‑shop realities with buyer confidence. If you have a question, just ask—we’re friendly and fast to help.
1) Processing & Turnaround
- Standard processing: 1–3 business days for in‑stock singles and sets (cards, magnets, pins, mirrors, postcards/prints).
- Made‑to‑order / restocks: Up to 5 business days during launches or when we’re rebuilding inventory.
- Local pickup (Miami Beach): If enabled at checkout, we’ll email pickup details when your order is ready.
- Holiday cutoffs: We publish specific dates on the site banner each season—please order early for gifts.
2) Shipping
- Carriers: USPS or UPS based on size/weight.
- Tracking: We email tracking once the label prints.
- Packaging: Sets ship in protective boxes/rigid mailers; magnets & pins mounted backers for safe transit.
- International: Duties/taxes (if any) are buyer‑paid at delivery.
3) Order Changes & Cancellations
- Change window: Reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours of ordering. After printing/packing begins, changes may not be possible.
- Address fixes: Send the correct address ASAP; if a parcel returns to us, we can re‑ship at cost.
4) Returns, Exchanges & Buyer’s Remorse
- We accept unopened/unused items within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit (excludes shipping). Please contact us first for an RMA.
- Final sale: Clearance, limited seasonal edits, and custom‑enabled variants (e.g., NFC‑enabled when selected).
5) Defects, Damage, Wrong Item — “We Make It Right”
- If we made a mistake or something arrived damaged, we’ll fix it—replacement or refund, your choice.
- What we need: A quick photo of the issue and the shipping box within 7 days of delivery.
- Qualifying issues: Misprints, major scuffs, smashed boxes affecting giftability, wrong design/size, unreadable NFC tag, or missing items from a multi‑pack.
- Minor packaging wear: If the contents are flawless and giftable, we’ll usually offer partial credit.
6) Lost or Late Packages
- Late but moving: If tracking shows transit activity, carriers may need a few extra days (weather, volume).
- Declared lost: If no scans for 10 business days (US) or 21 business days (international), we’ll replace or refund.
- If an addressing error caused the loss: We can re‑ship once it returns to us (re‑ship fee applies).
7) NFC “Tap to Hear the Song” Items
- Some items/bundles include our NFC + QR experience (“tap to hear the song that inspired the flower”). If an NFC tag won’t read, we’ll troubleshoot and replace the tag or item if needed.
- We always provide a QR fallback printed on the backer/insert.
- Warranty: 30 days from delivery on NFC readability when used as intended (not submerged, bent, or placed directly on strong magnets without an on‑metal tag).· Audio plays via YouTube; if a track changes or becomes unavailable, we’ll update the link—no re‑tagging required.
8) Quality Bar (How We QC)
- Our standard is “gift‑ready”: clean prints, crisp colors, tidy backers/boxes, and accurate contents labels on sets.
- Voice & tone: warm, clear, never snarky—the same brand feel across our site and inserts.
9) Candles & Matches (Gift Sets)
- Where included, we pack tins/jars and matchsticks securely.
- If a candle leaks or a match jar breaks in transit, we’ll replace the affected component or credit you.
10) Sustainability & Re‑use
- We favor compact packaging that protects and is easy to recycle or re‑use.
11) Wholesale & Bulk
- Wholesale/bulk orders follow separate terms (lead times, damages, overage/shortage windows). Ask us for the line sheet.
